(Phnom Penh): On the mornings of March 11–12, 2025, at the Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel, His Excellency SEANG Thay, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, attended the 2024 Annual Review and 2025 Work Orientation Conference of the State Secretariat of Civil Aviation. Excellencies and other representatives from relevant ministries, institutions, municipal and provincial administrations, as well as national and international guests and private sector stakeholders participated.
